What "free to launch" means
It means there is no upfront platform setup cost. We build your storefront and connect the care and pharmacy experience without charging you a setup fee to begin.
It does not mean running the business is free. Product, pharmacy, service and payment processing all cost real money, and those costs apply through a transaction model agreed with you before launch. Anyone who tells you otherwise is selling something.
How the money moves

Being the merchant of record matters more than it sounds. The customer relationship, the payment relationship and the brand equity are yours, not borrowed from a platform that could reassign them.
What we will not tell you
Factors makes no representation, projection or guarantee about the revenue, profit or earnings any business will achieve. We do not publish income examples, and we do not have a typical result to quote you. What a brand earns depends on the audience, the category, the pricing, the operator and a great deal of work.
The structure shown on this site is an illustration of how costs and payments are sequenced. It is not a quote, an offer, or a forecast.
When you see real numbers
Specific rates depend on the category, the products, the states involved and the volume. You see them in writing, as commercial terms, before anything goes live. Because Factors is in beta, terms are set per launch rather than published as a price list.
Read them properly, including what happens if you stop. If any of it is unclear, ask before you sign, not after.
What it costs to register
Nothing. Registering for the beta does not create an account, an agreement or an obligation on either side, and nothing is charged.
